I’ve been on Keto for almost two months now, wow time really, flies.
It took a bit of work to come around the idea of accepting high fat-low carb as a do-able lifestyle, with the years of counting calories, transitioning to counting carbs.
But, its all worth it since the benefits are far greater than the effort.
I’ve found a few incredible recipes which helped ease my journey and id really like to thank the content creators, the YouTubers and other bloggers for really sharing the vibe and creating some great stuff which has not only helped me, but I’m sure many others out there wondering what to cook next for dinner on a ketogenic diet.
