Let’s get real for a second here, during the month of Ramadan we are torn between food and worship. It’s instinct; scarcity triggers a part of our brains to hoard.
But this isn’t a philosophical session, its a post about food. More importantly, how do you feed your ketogenic self in the wee hours of the morning?
