There’s one thing that peopleĀ from the East have in common and that is our innate love for rice/bread- essentially carbs. When on a Ketogenic lifestyle, it’s a no-brainer that any form of carb intake is ‘restricted’ or limited, what do you do though when you just want that bowl of rice?

Eat it.


Do away with that silly guilt of “Oh my God a bowl of rice will kick me out of Ketosis!” Chances are it will. Then again, you can always consider this carb binge a carb-up and start again.

Having said that, it becomes imperative to find alternatives to substitutes staples such as Rice, bread, noodles, pasta, etc. On my quest to finding here are a few recipes I found useful, and hope it helps you too šŸ™‚
